OP has a purpose for volunteerism regardless of your background or expertise.  What matters is those that participate carry passion and synergy to #MakingAnImpact.  Charity has its place but OP focuses on Impact; which leads to sustainability for programming and growth.  Click above to learn how you can connect with us and become an event or program volunteer.

Become a OP Mentor

OP is not just for the student-athletes; our program engages the parents, coaches and volunteer coaches by providing a platform that bridges the gap between athletic skill and character development.  We aid in the support of the student and the parent.  No longer is the parent alone in the development of their child.  We Develop student-athletes to compete in servitude for the community, respect others’ differences, and acquire the self-discipline to become more than an athlete.  Please click below to connect with us and learn how to become a mentor in your region.
